The Barge

The Barge Inn Great Grimsby is unique in many ways. We are the only floating public bar and restaurant in the area and we are the area’s longest running, independently owned, Public Bar too.  Being around as long as we have, there are many legends surrounding this bar that has become part of the folklore in and around Great Grimsby and Cleethorpes.

We offer great, homemade food, all freshly prepared in our own galley, as they are called on board this ship. Be sure to check our full menu for our fish & chips, mixed grills and main course offerings.  We have an outdoor seating area too. Once we have finished serving food at around 7 pm we relax and chill with the sounds from the juke box that contains all the sounds you need. Come join us out for all major events including Halloween, Christmas, New Years eve celebrations and many other fun evenings.
